NODWIN Gaming, a subsidiary of Nazara Technologies, has completed the acquisition of Trinity Gaming, a prominent gaming agency, in a deal valued at ₹24 crore (around $2.8 million). This strategic acquisition aims to bolster NODWIN’s position in the rapidly expanding Indian gaming and content market by integrating Trinity Gaming’s expertise and extensive network.
The deal, which involves a combination of cash and stock swap, will see NODWIN pay ₹4.8 crore in cash, with the remaining ₹19.2 crore settled through the exchange of equity shares. As part of the transaction, Trinity Gaming’s founders, Abhishek Aggarwal and Shivam Rao, will become shareholders of NODWIN while continuing to lead their business. This ensures that Trinity’s vision and the expertise of its founders remain integral to the combined entity.
Founded in 2019, Trinity Gaming has emerged as a key player in India’s gaming influencer landscape. It serves as the Creator Service Provider for Meta and holds the distinction of being the only Gaming Multi-Channel Network (MCN) on YouTube dedicated exclusively to gaming content in India. With a roster of over 1,000 creators, Trinity has partnered with top global brands such as Samsung, Realme, iQOO, and Krafton, positioning itself as one of the leaders in gaming influencer marketing.
The acquisition is expected to significantly enhance NODWIN’s capabilities in content creation, digital marketing, and agency activation.
